How QuantGlobe handles your data, uses cookies, and manages billing for our subscription services.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Introduction
QuantGlobe ("QuantGlobe," "we," "us," or "our") provides software development, websites and social media marketing, CRM systems, and hosting services on a subscription basis. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, and the choices and rights available to you.
This policy applies to visitors of our website and to customers who use our subscription services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three general ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties who help us operate our services.
Information you provide
- Account and contact details: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, and billing address.
- Project information: details you submit through our project brief forms, support requests, or onboarding calls, including the nature of your project, timelines, and business requirements.
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, referring pages, and general interaction patterns with our website and any client portals or dashboards we provide.
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookies Policy tab for full detail on what we use and how to manage it.
Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and payment providers we work with in order to deliver and bill for our services.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the software, websites, CRM systems, and hosting services you subscribe to.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing communications.
- To respond to support requests and project inquiries.
- To send service updates, security notices, and — where you have agreed to receive them — product or marketing communications.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse of our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering the services you subscribed to), legitimate interests (improving our services and keeping them secure), consent (for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements).
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, provide analytics, or support customer communications, under contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Professional advisors such as accountants or legal counsel, where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.
6. International Data Transfers
Depending on where our infrastructure and service providers are located, your information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect data transferred internationally.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, billing-dispute, and legitimate business record-keeping needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal or contractual exceptions.
- Restriction or objection — ask us to limit how we use your information, or object to certain processing, including marketing.
- Portability — receive a copy of certain information in a portable format.
- Opt-out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information, so this right is not currently applicable, but you may still opt out of non-essential tracking cookies at any time.
- Non-discrimination — we will not penalize you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
12. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of your rights, contact us at [email protected].

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels, which this policy refers to collectively as "cookies."
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies
Required for the website and any client portal to function — for example, keeping you logged in, remembering items in a multi-step form, and maintaining security. These cannot be switched off without affecting how the site works.
Performance and analytics cookies
Help us understand how visitors interact with our site — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and where they came from — so we can improve our website and services.
Functional cookies
Remember choices you make, such as language or region, to provide a more personalized experience.
Marketing cookies
Used to understand the effectiveness of our marketing and, where applicable, to show relevant content on other platforms. We only set these with your consent where required by law.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third-party services we use, such as analytics, hosting security, or payment providers. These third parties may use cookies according to their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time — most browsers let you block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies only, or clear cookies already stored on your device. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of our website or client portal function.
Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies and provide a way to change your preferences at any time.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
6. Contact Us
Questions about our use of cookies can be sent to [email protected].

Short version: QuantGlobe's services are subscriptions, not one-time purchases, so there is nothing to "return." You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. We do not provide refunds for time already billed, including partial billing periods.
1. Subscription-Based Services
All QuantGlobe services — software development plans, websites and social media marketing packages, CRM systems, and hosting services — are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or as otherwise agreed at signup). Because our services involve ongoing work, infrastructure, and support rather than a physical or one-time deliverable, there are no physical returns.
2. No-Refund Policy
Except where required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Fees for the current or any prior billing period, whether or not you used the service during that period.
- Partial-month or partial-cycle fees when you cancel before the end of a billing period.
- Setup, onboarding, or one-time project fees already invoiced and paid.
If you are not satisfied with a service, the appropriate step is to cancel your subscription so you are not billed again going forward, rather than requesting a refund for time already paid.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not retroactively refund the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Cancel directly through your account/client portal if self-service cancellation is available to you, or
- Email [email protected] with your account details and a request to cancel.
We aim to make cancellation as straightforward as signing up — we do not require a phone call, retention interview, or written notice period beyond confirming your request.
4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If a service is offered with a free trial or introductory period, the terms of that trial — including its length and what happens when it ends — will be clearly disclosed before you provide payment details. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and billing will begin.
5. Billing Errors and Disputes
If you believe you were billed in error — for example, charged after a cancellation was already confirmed, or charged twice for the same period — contact us at [email protected] and we will review and correct genuine billing errors.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
7. Contact Us
For any billing, cancellation, or refund-related question, contact [email protected].
